Privacy policy

We collect strictly what the service needs to work.

This English version is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version of this policy prevails.

Data collected

  • On registration: email address and username. The password is stored as a hash by our authentication provider, never in clear text.
  • In use: your listings, your transactions, your on-site messages, your reviews, and the date of your last activity (used to show the “online” dot).
  • The optional details you provide: description, tagline, Discord identifier, avatar and banner URLs.

Purposes

  • Running the service: showing your listings, delivering your messages, tracking the state of your transactions.
  • Establishing members’ public reputation from real transactions.
  • Handling disputes: in the event of a claim, moderation accesses the full history of the transaction concerned.
  • Keeping the platform secure and preventing fraud.

What is public

  • Your username, your avatar, your description, your active listings, your rating, your transaction statistics and the reviews you receive are visible to everyone.
  • Your email address is never displayed publicly and is not passed to other members.
  • The content of your private messages is accessible only to you, to the person you are dealing with and, in the event of a dispute, to moderation.

Retention

  • Account data is kept for as long as the account exists.
  • Transactions and reviews are kept after an account is deleted, in anonymised form, because they contribute to the other party’s reputation.
  • Technical logs are kept for twelve months at most.

Your rights

  • Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data.
  • Most of these rights can be exercised directly from your settings. For the others, write to us from the Contact page.
  • You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies

  • We use strictly necessary cookies only: keeping your session, and remembering your theme (light or dark).
  • No advertising cookie or third-party tracker is set.
