How an order works

The customer sends a request.
The provider accepts it (or refuses).
You meet in game; payment is made between you, in instalments for a big service.
The provider marks the service as done, the customer confirms.

Before you hand over your character

Never share your account credentials: a dungeon run or powerleveling is done in a group, without lending your account.
Agree in writing on what is included — number of runs, achievements, levels, resources provided or not.
When paying in kamas, pay in instalments: half before, the rest once the service is done.
Check the provider’s profile: account age, completed transactions, reviews.
